Direct Supervisor: Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Types: Full-Time

Shifts:

1st Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am

Qualifications:

Mechanical assembly experience in a related industry (preferred).
Fluid power technology degree (preferred).
Experience using various hand and power tools (hydraulic presses…etc.).
Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong math and mechanical aptitude (preferred).
Comfortable using various computer software.
Ability to use and read measuring equipment.
Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
GWC – (Gets the role, Wants to do it, Capacity to do it).

Primary Objectives:

Responsible for Quality of parts assembled in a timely manner.
Responsible for daily assembly of work in adherence to the quality management system.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the assembly of actuators.
Final assembly Inspection of parts.
Complete pressure testing of parts.
Following safety procedures.
Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints..etc.).
Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping…etc.
