  • Direct Supervisor: Shipping/Receiving Supervisor
  • Job Types: Full-Time
  • Shifts:
    • 1st Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
    • 2nd Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am

Qualifications:

  • Shipping/ receiving experience in a related industry preferred.
  • Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong listening and problem‐solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, and excel, UPS shipper, FedEx ship.
  • Strong math and analytical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • GWC – (Gets the role, Wants to do it, Capacity to do it).

Primary Objectives:

  • Responsible for accurate receiving and shipping of product daily.
  • Package and palletize product for shipment.
  • Responsible for the Quality of shipping parts in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for daily shipping and receiving of work in adherence to the quality management system.

Responsibilities:

  • Package product for shipment to domestic and international customers.
  • Schedule and collaborate with truck lines and couriers to deliver our product.
  • Conduct reviews and quarterly check‐ins.
  • Assist production control with inventory cycle counting.
  • Correctly receive all incoming product in file maker and allocate to correct locations.
  • Pick and ship UPS orders to meet our customers’ needs.
  • Follow safety procedures.
  • Build robust crating for our product for shipment.
  • Final visual inspection of quality parts prior to shipping.
  • Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping…etc.
